In order to maintain the quality of lifestyle that residents expect at Old Silo Hill #2, we have designed a Homeowners Association Dues, to be paid monthly, quarterly or annually in advance. There is a form located on the Member’s Only page for monthly payroll deductions for ease in paying the dues. Additional services may be added with approval of the Homeowners Association.
Each home purchased at Old Silo Hill #2 will have one vote in any approval process.
Monthly Fee — $300 for Old Silo Hill #2
The monthly fee includes: Water, Garbage, Sewer, Exterior Insurance, and Maintenance (Mowing + Snow Removal)
